    In a glass, sprinkle green and red grapes with crushed amaretti biscuits and a layer of low-fat natural yogurt mixed with low-fat soft cheese. Sprinkle with light muscovado sugar and allow to dissolve.

Substitute the Amaretti biscuits, too overpowering. Add raspberry vinegar.

I have made this super-quick dessert 3 times this week and we all love it. I substituted ginger nuts for the Amaretti the first time I made it and choc-chip cookies the second and third times - they were all delicious!

lol! I don't know what I was expecting but this is the furthest you could possibly get could get from a real knickerbocker...don't get me wrong, it tasted fine,, but it should really be called 'Healthy Breakfast Fruit Salad'...
