Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 2 big scoops mango sorbet
- 150g carton natural yogurt
- a little milk
- chopped pistachios, to serve
- mint sprigs, to serve
Method
- STEP 1
Whizz the mango in a blender with the mango sorbet and natural yogurt. Thin with milk and serve in 2 glasses with chopped pistachios and mint sprigs.
