Ingredients

  • ice, plus extra to serve
  • 37½ml scotch whisky
  • 12½ml peach liqueur
  • 25ml orange liqueur
  • 25ml fresh blood orange juice
  • 6 dashes orange bitters
  • soda water to top up
  • slice blood orange, to garnish (optional)

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put the ice in a cocktail shaker and then add all the ingredients, except the soda and garnishes. Shake all the ingredients until chilled and well mixed, and then double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda and garnish with a blood orange wheel, if you like.
