  1. Put the beef in a medium non-metallic bowl and cover with the vinegar, soy and Worcestershire sauce. Leave to marinate for 20 mins, or if you have the time, overnight.

  2. Heat a small dry wok until it’s very hot. Tip in the beef, marinade and spring onions, stir fry for 2 mins. Add the roasted peppers, then stir fry for a further 2 mins. Divide the stir fry between shallow bowls and serve with some boiled rice.

Delish! Didn't have any peppers or spring onions so used red onion instead and served with egg fried rice (rice contained onion, garlic, carrot and mixed herbs, left over from a previous dinner) and broccoli with e.v. olive oil, salt and black pepper. Can't wait to make it again! So quick and tasty!

this is lovely,,very easy and quick,, i didn't put the peppers in but used pak choi and mushrooms and added garlic to the marinade! I also used quorn beef pieces after marinating them in the sauce for a few hours,, definately recommend.

This was yummy. But I marinaded for longer with more marinade and added onions to it. I also added chilli to give it an extra kick.

Really nice and quick. I do up the amounts of sauce ingredients otherwise it can be a bit dry.

Tasty and easy. Recommend you use the peppers in oil rather than vinegar.

I doubled the marinade to make the whole thing a bit juicier and it worked well, I'll probably try another veg as well next time, something to give it a bit of crunch. Very nice flavour.
