However; you need to add what to do with the sugar, and ingredients are normally listed in the order they are used. It would be good to add that 'gas mark 5' is 190C/375F (about 10% lower for fan forced). nsl0922 21st Jun, 2017 5.05Great recipe. Used it for school with a faulty oven and they still turned out delicious, all my friends loved them. amlbudimir 22nd Feb, 2017 The worst recipe! Where does the sugar go?! And no thickness specified at all. And Gas Mark 5, it would have been helpful to have this in Farenheit or Centigrade. So after following this recipe, my tarts are too thick, raw in the middle and currently inedible! In the bin they go!
