A quick idea with tinned tuna

  • 1-2 tbsp harissa
  • 5 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
  • 4 soft flour tortillas
  • 200g can tuna in spring water
  • 200g can rinsed chickpeas
  • 4 handfuls rocket leaves
  • red pepper, deseeded and sliced


    1. Mix the harissa with the natural yogurt.
    2. Spread the mixture over the tortillas.
    3. Scatter over the tuna, chickpeas and the rocket leaves, arrange the sliced red pepper on the top.
    4. Roll up to make a wrap and cut in half.
