Ingredients

  • 4 Lamb chops/steaks
  • 3 tbsp of mint sauce
  • a good glug of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder/salt

Method

  • STEP 1
    in a bowl put the mint sauce balsamic vinegar and garlic powder and stir
  • STEP 2
    place the chops in a bowl and cover with the mixture and leave in the fridge for 12 hours or so
  • STEP 3
    get a frying pan nice and hot then put the chops in the pan (do not put oil on chops orin the pan) and fry to how you want them
  • STEP 4
    now place chops on a tray and pour whats left in the frying pan over the top of the chops and place under the grill untill they get a nice glaze on them
  • STEP 5
    i normaly serve them with chips or roast potatoes
