a wonderful and easy variant on the Long Island Ice Tea

  • serves one
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz blue sapphire gin
  • 1 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 5 oz Cola
  • 1 splash gold tequila
  • 1 splash lime juice


    1. Place highball glass on bar, and fill 3/4 with large ice cubes. Add all the ingredients in order, but do not stir.
    2. Use straw to punch ice cubes to slightly muddy the ingredients, then add straw.
    3. Dress with a lemon slice and mint leaf.
    4. enjoy
