These cornflake and honey crunchies are perfect for a snack or a delicious, easy to cook dessert!

  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 100g butter
  • 1/4 cup castor sugar


    1. Preheat the oven to 160C/fan 130C/Gas 2.
    2. Place the butter, honey and sugar into a microwave safe bowl and put it into the microwave for approx 90 seconds or until melted together
    3. Pour in the cornflakes and mix until coated
    4. Place large spoonfulls into patty cases and put into the oven for 10 minutes
