Ingredients
- 600ml Whipping Cream
- 1 Large can condensed milk
- 2-3 tbsp vodka or gin or whisky
- 2 large pkts Maltesers crushed
- 25g white chocolate
- Bought fudge sauce to drizzle
- Strawberries / raspberries to garnish
- 6 pancakes
Method
- STEP 1Whip cream till sloppy
- STEP 2add in condensed milk and alcohol
- STEP 3Beat till stiff then add crushed sweets
- STEP 4Pour into moulds lined with cling film any extra into a tub
- STEP 5freeze
- STEP 6melt white chocolate and drizzle on to oiled tin foil and chill, then peel off
- STEP 7to serve warm a pancake and place unmoulded ice cream on top garnish with more crushed sweets and stick in chocolate shape , drizzle with fudge sauce and place fruit around it
