  • 600ml Whipping Cream
  • 1 Large can condensed milk
  • 2-3 tbsp vodka or gin or whisky
  • 2 large pkts Maltesers crushed
  • 25g white chocolate
  • Bought fudge sauce to drizzle
  • Strawberries / raspberries to garnish
  • 6 pancakes


    1. Whip cream till sloppy
    2. add in condensed milk and alcohol
    3. Beat till stiff then add crushed sweets
    4. Pour into moulds lined with cling film any extra into a tub
    5. freeze
    6. melt white chocolate and drizzle on to oiled tin foil and chill, then peel off
    7. to serve warm a pancake and place unmoulded ice cream on top garnish with more crushed sweets and stick in chocolate shape , drizzle with fudge sauce and place fruit around it
