Ingredients

  • Ready made tart or shrort bread pastry âÃÂàfollow instruction
  • Medium sized pack of fresh spinach
  • 1 pot of sundried tomatoes in oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Less than 1 feta cheese
  • A glass of double cream
  • 1 large egg
  • Nutmeg, salt, pepper
  • Optional âÃÂà2 teaspoons of sundried tomato pesto

Method

  • STEP 1
    Drain sundried tomatoes from oil âÃÂàsave oil for frying
  • STEP 2
    Cut sundried tomatoes into pieces
  • STEP 3
    Fry chopped garlic, add spinach continue frying; half way through frying add sundried tomatoes
  • STEP 4
    Add lots of pepper, some salt, and nutmeg
  • STEP 5
    Add feta cheese
  • STEP 6
    Optional: add 2 tea spoons of sundried tomatoes pesto
  • STEP 7
    In a separate bowl whisk one egg and one glass of double cream.
  • STEP 8
    On ready base add fried misture
  • STEP 9
    On top add the whisked egg/cream mixture
  • STEP 10
    Put in preheated oven 180C for 30 mins
