Quick and easy ginger biscuit

  • 12 oz Caster Suger
  • 1 lge Egg
  • 4 oz Butter
  • 8 oz Selfraising flour
  • 1 tsp Ginger


    1. Cream butter, Suger and egg together
    2. Sift flour and ginger, mix with creamed mix
    3. roll mixture into walnut size portions, place on to grease proof paper
    4. place in over 180 degrees for 20mins until golden brown
