Ideal way of using leftover ham and vegetables

  • approx 450grams minced ham/bacon, 250 grams cooked potato, 125 grams chopped cooked carrot, 125 grams chopped mushroom, 1 egg


    place mince, chopped carrot and half the potato(chopped) along with chopped mushroom in large basin. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Place in ovenproof dish. Slice remaining potato and lay over the mixture making sure that there no gaps. place in preheated oven, gas mark 5 , 170 deg C and bake for approx 30 mins. Serve with green vegetables.
