Ingredients

  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • juice from 1 orange
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • Cointreau
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    Whip all the ingredients. Spoon the mixture into glasses. Sprinkle with pistachios and edible flowers
