Really enjoyed this salad and it's very easy to make. I'm not sure how many grams of salmon the recipe needs. I always find quantities such as x number of steaks a bit confusing. I now used 175 Gr for 3 people 300 Gr potatoes and I halved all other ingredients. I used watercress but I think rucola would work as well which is more readily available year round. This was part of dinner where we started with smorrebrod with shrimp cocktail sauce and rucola, had the trout and beetroot wraps also on this site (1 pp) and a rhubarb and raspberry crumble with vanilla icecream for dessert.

This is the best salad ever! I joined the site just to comment :) this has become a regular in our home it is so yum and fresh. Sometimes I use steak instead of the salmon and pumpkin instead of potato's (also I add bacon, everything else remains the same) and I think I like my own concoction as much as this one, very versatile.

Went down well. I added more chillies; not necessary. The varied tastes of the herbs, the crunch of the radishes and spring onions, and the tangy zest of the dressing complement each other very well.. I used hot smoked salmon with chillies from Morrison's. Worked very well. Easy to cook. Will adapt in future depending what is in the fridge.

This is a delicious recipe... Couldn't buy the asparagus so I used green beans instead... Did this for 2 but used the same amount of sauceas recomended by the recipe... Was gorgeous! Didn't smoke the salmon but cooked it in the microwave for 3 mins...

Beautiful in both senses - tasted gorgeous and looked fantastic too. Grandma said it was the best thing she'd seen since she saw Kenneth Branagh topless in Othello!
