My Mum used to make this when we were kids.

  • 8 oz Packet Digestive Biscuits (crumbled)
  • 1/4 1b Melted Butter
  • 8 oz Philipelphia Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
  • 1 small pkt Dream Topping
  • 1 small tin of fruit (drained) or fresh fruit of your choice


    1. Combine biscuits and butter, press into pie dish put in fridge or set aside.
    2. mix together cheese and icing sugar
    3. whisk dream topping to cheese mixture
    4. Spoon mixture on to biscuit base.
    5. decorate with topping of your choice and put in fridge to set.
    6. the slices are not that big but you don't need alot.

I don't know where this came from all those years ago, but I do know it tastes Heavenly hence the name and if your feeling down or need something nice for Sunday desert this is just the thing. It did take me several times to get the cheese mixture to set on the biscuit base, so I got a mixer and whisked it with that now it's perfect just like it's meant to be.
