Very impressed with this recipe, would recommend adding a good measure of black pepper though and/or some diced chilli too!

Very tasty. Goes without saying but invest in some good quality steak for this dish to really shine (something dry-aged). I liked the adding a bit of extra chilli too.

amalgamated this with the other recipes on the website (simple broccoli and beef stir fry) needs more base ingredients i.e. fresh ginger, bit of chilli, soy sauce.

Great ! no need to add more Oyster Sauce if you marinade the night before with Soya, ginger and garlic. Tasted great!

I would recommend seasoning a steak with chinese 5 spice, frying it whole, then slicing it once it is part-cooked, then adding it to the stir-fry 1-2 mins before the end, so it is slightly rare in the centre.

This tasted really good, I would add more veg than the broccolli next time though, but the sauce was amazing.

Just made this tonight for dinner, i used sirloin steak, added half a red chilli, freshly grated ginger, mushrooms and bit more oyster sauce. It was tasty and would make again - served with rice noodles
