Substituted celeriac for cabbage. A few raisins and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Wow. They're commenting like it was restaurant stuff

really nice and simple to make. Used half a red onion, at first i did what some others did and only used 4 table spoons of yogurt, but it was too dry so ended up adding 5 spoon fulls and 3 spoon fulls of mayo. Had it with mustardy potato and chive salad another recipe on this site i would recommend making. Went down lovely with a leafy salad and italian dressing, cherry tomatoes extra mature cheddar, beetroot and some pickle with a crusty french stick and a few slices of ham.

this coleslaw was lovely. I did add extra mustard to offset the yoghurt though.
