  • 3 sosedges choped
  • 450g of pasta
  • 2 tbsp of oil for frying
  • a jar of bolanaise sorce


    1. chop the soedges up and boil pasta (shells or twist)
    2. half way through start frying the soedges with the oil and the sourse
    3. when pasta is done and the soedges turn them off drain the pasta and mix them to gether in the pan
    4. serve after the 5 mins cool down
