Ingredients

  • 3 sosedges choped
  • 450g of pasta

2 tbsp of oil for frying

  • a jar of bolanaise sorce

Method

  • STEP 1
    chop the soedges up and boil pasta (shells or twist)
  • STEP 2
    half way through start frying the soedges with the oil and the sourse
  • STEP 3
    when pasta is done and the soedges turn them off drain the pasta and mix them to gether in the pan
  • STEP 4
    serve after the 5 mins cool down
