Good4U's Crab Linguine with Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Alfafa and Sango Raddish Shoots

  • 100g fresh crab meat
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Half inch cube of peeled ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 250g linguine
  • Olive oil
  • Good4U brocco shoots
  • Salt and pepper


    1. Using a sharp knife, dice the chilli (seeds removed), garlic and ginger
    2. Zest and juice the lemon and lime and add to mix
    3. Season the mix with salt and pepper and add enough olive oil to just cover the mix (4-6 tbsp)
    4. Add the chilli mix to a hot pan and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring but don’t colour
    5. Add crab meat and mix
    6. Drain the linguini and place in the pan
    7. At the last minute, add the Good4U brocco shoots
    8. When serving, sprinkle some fresh shoots over the dish
