Ingredients

  • 100g fresh crab meat
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Half inch cube of peeled ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 250g linguine
  • Olive oil
  • Good4U brocco shoots
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Using a sharp knife, dice the chilli (seeds removed), garlic and ginger
  • STEP 2
    Zest and juice the lemon and lime and add to mix
  • STEP 3
    Season the mix with salt and pepper and add enough olive oil to just cover the mix (4-6 tbsp)
  • STEP 4
    Add the chilli mix to a hot pan and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring but donâÂÂt colour
  • STEP 5
    Add crab meat and mix
  • STEP 6
    Drain the linguini and place in the pan
  • STEP 7
    At the last minute, add the Good4U brocco shoots
  • STEP 8
    When serving, sprinkle some fresh shoots over the dish
