If you need a cool change from porridge this is delicious

  • 20g Porridge oats
  • 150g greek yoghurt
  • 1 dssrt spoon of apricot compote
  • 2 tbsp of fresh orange juice
  • 4 tbsp of full fat milk
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey
  • 2 tsp flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • Half banana
  • 1 tbsp Greek honey to serve


    1. Mix the oats into the yoghurt then add the milk, compote, honey and orange juice and stir until throughly mixed together.
    2. Stir in the nuts and raisins then leave to stand for ten minutes in the fridge.
    3. When ready to eat slice the banana on top and drizzle with greek or acacia honey.
