- 40g /1 ½oz Flahavan's Coarse Cut Oatmeal
- 200ml / ½ pint milk plus a little extra to serve
- 1 tsp manuka honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds sprinkled
