Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g melted butter
- 400g white chocolate melted
- 300ml double cream
- 250g full fat soft cheese
- 250g mascarpone
Method
- STEP 1Heat butter in a pan. Smash digestive and add to the butter . mix in well. Line a 23cm 9 inch springform cake tin
