Perfect! Just add more or less of what we feel like on the day... more cheese or garlic dependant on how we feel. Thinking of adding some parsley and seeing how that tastes too! 5* recipie, quick easy and delicious!

This was delicious...we've had it twice this week! First time made it with ciabatta and second time with bread rolls that needed using up. I forgot to season the mixture before I spread it on the bread but it was lovely with a bit of pepper and maldon salt sprinkled on top.

Made this for a birthday dinner tonight - VERY popular and delicious! However the garlic butter is not enough for more than one ciabatta. I used 3 small ones cut in half, and the butter wasn't enough.
