Ingredients

1 cup double cream (the pouring kind)
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey (supermarket brand is fine)
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (e.g., icecream topping)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 tablespoon triple sec (optional)
1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Milk to adjust consistency to taste (optional)

Method

STEP 1
Combine all ingredients and whisk with a hand held whisk or in a blender.
STEP 2
Bottle and store in refridgerator for up to 2 months
STEP 3
Shake before use
