Ingredients
- 1 cup double cream (the pouring kind)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey (supermarket brand is fine)
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (e.g., icecream topping)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon triple sec (optional)
- 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- Milk to adjust consistency to taste (optional)
Method
- STEP 1Combine all ingredients and whisk with a hand held whisk or in a blender.
- STEP 2Bottle and store in refridgerator for up to 2 months
- STEP 3Shake before use
