Method

  1. Heat oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 6. Tip the potato wedges onto a large baking sheet, ensuring they sit in a single layer. Bake for 10 mins. Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise, shallot or onion, cheese, tuna and parsley.

  2. Tip the potato wedges into four individual or one large heatproof serving dish and spoon over the tuna mixture. Pop back in the oven for a further 12 mins, until bubbling.

Lovely dish! Very easy to make + tastes delicious. It's good to serve with some vegetables.

I didn't have any tuna in the cupboard so used tinned salmon instead. It was ok but the flavour of the salmon wasn't quite right, i think it would definately be nicer with tuna and maybe some grated cheese sprinkled over the top. I also made my own potato wedges which were cheaper and probably tastier than the frozen variety.

Just tried this for the first time tonight, and will definitely make again. I sprinkled Japanese panko breadcrumbs on top, to give it a bit of crunch, along with a bit of extra cheese. Next time I think I will lightly cook the shallots first though.

this was yummy but i felt that the wedges needed to be cooked longer for more crispyness, but maybe that was just the type of wedges i used. also, it could have done with some veg or sauce so next time i might add some tinned tomatoes like a few others have suggested. but overall, i thought it was a good quick tea.

Great mid-week family supper. Quick and easy to make and tasty too - what more could you ask for?! Added some cherry tomatoes as suggested and they worked really well.

i loved this dish, i adde spring onion and changed the mayo 4 bbq sauce..it was lush!!!lol!! x

pretty much impossible to get wrong -throw in whatever you fancy - nice with the wholegrain mustard as someone else mentioned. Also added 4 cloves of garlic. Not the healthiest option - but certainly easy, quick and very tasty.

Very very very nice! Delicious in fact. Perfect for a coldish Sunday supper after a long walk. We added tomatoes and enjoyed. Next time I think we shall make a salsa or green zesty salad to go with it. Thanks

Doubled this for 4 of us and we ate it all! Made my own potato wedges, added cherry toms as suggested and hubby added a tin of sweetcorn. Delicious!!!!!
