Marinated mushrooms for an antipasti platter

Ingredients

  • Marinated Antipasto Mushrooms Recipe:
  • 1 lb brown or white mushrooms, or a mix of both
  • 1 tbsp powdered chicken or veg stock
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, or more if needed
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

    Wash mushrooms well and remove stems. Boil mushrooms in just enough water to cover them water (stock added) for about 10 minutes, drain and let cool.

This recipe does not make sense - it's not grammatical and surely there is more than step, given the list of ingredients.
