Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar plus extra
- 2 free range eggs
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 1/4 cups gluten free flour mix
- 1 heaped tsp of baking powder
- 1 heaped tsp of xanthan gum
- 3-4 ripe nectarines, halved
- 1/2 tsp cinamon
- pinch of nutmeg

- STEP 1Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees. Line 22cm form with grease proof paper.
