I used an onion and cooked diced chicken breasts and onion with garlic. Added the beans and also green pepper and celery. 1 small jar of pesto sauce – put some in with the chicken and then added water to the jar to dilute. Plus a splash of white wine. Finally added some milk to make more sauce as it was a bit dry. The cream is too rich for me. It was delicious.

Really enjoyed this dish but I added more cream and pesto than in the recipe and replaced the spring onion with spinach.

Cooked this and replaced the spring onions with spinach which tasted really great! Also added in a bit more pesto and cream to taste.

I enjoyed this meal. Added some mozzarella just for the fun of it. I also probably added more pesto than the recipe called for.

Found this far too bland and tasteless, it really needed something to incorporate more flavour. I also felt there was way too much pasta for the quantity of sauce, even though I slackened the sauce with pasta cooking water and added parmesan to serve. This one won't be on the weekly repertoire!

Has anyone freezes this? I was just wondering whether you would freeze the whole dish including the cooked pasta, and what the reheating instructions would be.

Hi - if I have leftovers can I freeze the whole dish (including the cooked pasta)? If so, once defrosted what would be the best way to reheat? Thanks.
