Ingredients
For The Base:
- 1 french stick - cut into small oval or circular pieces, big enough to put toppings on top.
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 15 ml cooking oil
For The Toppings:
- 4 small/ 2,3 large tomatoes- remove the inside seeds and all the juice, then cut the tomato into 1cm, by 1cm pieces.
- 1 onion - remove the outer layers and slice into 1cm by 1cm pieces.
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 10 ml cooking oil
Method
- STEP 1preheat the oven to fan 180 degrees Celsius
- STEP 2place the french stick onto a baking tray
- STEP 3then mix the tomato and onion together in a mixing bowl
- STEP 4add the 10ml of cooking oil and add salt of pepper
- STEP 5the add the topping onto the bread, and then add the rest of the oil &salt and pepper,
- STEP 6Then cook for about 20 mins, until crispy.
