Ingredients

For The Base:

  • 1 french stick - cut into small oval or circular pieces, big enough to put toppings on top.
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 15 ml cooking oil

For The Toppings:

  • 4 small/ 2,3 large tomatoes- remove the inside seeds and all the juice, then cut the tomato into 1cm, by 1cm pieces.
  • 1 onion - remove the outer layers and slice into 1cm by 1cm pieces.
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 10 ml cooking oil

Method

  • STEP 1
    preheat the oven to fan 180 degrees Celsius
  • STEP 2
    place the french stick onto a baking tray
  • STEP 3
    then mix the tomato and onion together in a mixing bowl
  • STEP 4
    add the 10ml of cooking oil and add salt of pepper
  • STEP 5
    the add the topping onto the bread, and then add the rest of the oil &salt and pepper,
  • STEP 6
    Then cook for about 20 mins, until crispy.
