  • 2 cups of boiled noodles
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1/4 shezuan sauce
  • 1tbsp chilli oil
  • 1 tbsp oil


    1. heat oil in large pan/wok
    2. add boiled noodles, spring oinion, shezuan sauce to pan
    3. saute on high heat for a minute or so
    4. pour chilli oil and toss ingrediants
    5. serve hot
