King Prawn tomato mascapone

Ingredients
- 500g pasta i used shells, your choice
- king prawns (any seafood will do) i used 2 handfulls
- 1 x bunch spring onions green parts as well finley chopped
- 3 large cloves garlic
- hand full of flat leaf parsly chopped
- 1 tub 250g of pre made tomato and mascapone suace (or make it your self)
knob of butter and spalsh of olive oil (for frying)
- salt and pepper
- sun dried tomatoes anti pasta in oil half a small jar chopped
Method
- STEP 1start your pasta in a pan Boil water add pasta n salt,splash of olive oil , in another pan fry the chopped garlic and white part of the spring onion in the butter and olive oil for 1 min
- STEP 2add the prawns (uncooked) and fry until just pink about 2 mins if using cooked prawns half the time
- STEP 3add mascapone sauce and bring to simmer for 3 mins
- STEP 4add parsley and seasoning, and the green parts of the spring onions
- STEP 5add the drained pasta to the sauce and mix and serve
