Greek Style Feta Salad

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes (Cut in wedges)
- half a cucumber (halved lenthways)
- 1 green pepper (deseeded and cut into rings)
- 1 onion (Peeled and cut into thinly sliced rings)
- 110g reduced fat feta cheese (Cut into cubes)
- 8 black olives
- salt and freshly groound pepper
- 4 tbsp fat free salad dressing
- a bunch of flat leaf parsley (Chopped)
Method
- STEP 1Arrange the tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper and onion in a serving dish. Top wiht the deta and olives.
- STEP 2Season well and drizzle the dressing over the top. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediatley.
