Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 Tablespoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 350ml Beer
- 1cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
Method
- STEP 1Sift dry ingredients
- STEP 2Beat Eggs and add beer.
- STEP 3Add to dry ingredients with cheddar cheese until lightly blended
- STEP 4Pour into greased loaf pan
- STEP 5Bake for 45min at 190C
- STEP 6Remove from tin and cool on a wire rack.
