Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It Fifty Fifty
  • 2 soft Tortillas
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Coriander
  • Red Onion, finely sliced
  • Lime juice

Method

  • STEP 1
    In a pan heat a little oil then add the onion, red chili and the coriander until fragrant.
  • STEP 2
    Mix in the crab with a squeeze of lime.
  • STEP 3
    Spread the mix equally between the two tortillas and cover with grated cheese.
  • STEP 4
    Fold the tortillas in half, press flat and fry until the tortillas are browned and the cheese has melted.
