Ingredients
- 1 pack of Seafood & Eat It Fifty Fifty
- 2 soft Tortillas
- Cheddar cheese
- Coriander
- Red Onion, finely sliced
- Lime juice
Method
- STEP 1In a pan heat a little oil then add the onion, red chili and the coriander until fragrant.
- STEP 2Mix in the crab with a squeeze of lime.
- STEP 3Spread the mix equally between the two tortillas and cover with grated cheese.
- STEP 4Fold the tortillas in half, press flat and fry until the tortillas are browned and the cheese has melted.
