Delicious, easy to make brownies

Ingredients

  • 180g soft butter or margarine
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 175g caster sugar
  • 75g muscovado sugar or Demerara
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 110g plain flour
  • 100g milk chocolate or white chocolate drops.

Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 160C/fan gas mark 4
    2. Melt butter and dark chocolate and then leave to cool
    3. Beat eggs, sugars, vanilla
    4. Add melted butter and chocolate
    5. Sift in flour and milk chocolate drops
    6. Grease tin and pour mixture in
    7. Bake for 30-40 mins until knife comes out almost clean!
