The strong flavour of the Prosciutto and the spring onion compliment the flavours of the Enoki Mushroom. These Enoki Parcels are a great Canape for any party. Ingredients

  • 2 X Livesey Bros Enoki Packs
  • 10 Slices Prosciutto (168g approx)
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions
  • Serve with a dressing of Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Sesame Oil and Pepper.

Method

    1. Cut the base off the Enoki, and separate each pack into 10 bundles to make 20 bundles in total
    2. Slice the spring onions into thin strands and make 20 bundles
    3. Spread the ham and cut each slice in half to make 20 slices
    4. Top each slice of ham with a bundle of Enoki and a bundle of spring onion and secure each parcel with a cocktail stick and place on a greased baking tray
    5. Bake in the oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes and serve with the dip
