  • 1 whole egg -whisked
  • 150 gr double cream
  • 70 gr milk
  • 150 gr dark chocolate (min 70%)
  • crushed walnuts to serve


    1. heat cream and milk and bring to boil
    2. add to whisked egg and stir
    3. add broken up chocolate and stir whilst it melts
    4. let set in fridge for at least 6 hrs in serving bowls to be used
    5. garnish with crushed walnuts and serve out
