chicken seaweed & plum curry with dumplings

Ingredients

  • 2 jars tiks curry sauce
  • channel wrack seaweed
  • sea lettuce
  • serrated nut wrack
  • 1 punnet plums
  • 6 chicken fillets
  • mix veg
  • chilly powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • suet dumpling mix

Method

    1. rinse seaweed and veg
    2. slice plums into 1/4
    3. place every thing in a slow cooker
    4. add 2 jars of curry sauce and 1 jar of water
    5. chilly s or powder
    6. cook for 12-15 hrs mix maybe 1-2 times
    7. mix dumplings and add 20 minets befor serving
    8. make out you spent hrs cooking from scrach
    9. have a beer and enjoy
