Pasta 'n Pesto

A simple dish served with hot pasta and cold tomatoes. Quick, simple, healthy 'n tasty!
- 300g pasta
- 90g pesto
- 2 tomatoes
- olive oil
- Boil the pasta according to the package.
- Cut the tomatoes in small squares.
- When the pasta is done drain the water and place back into the pan. Add some olive oil, salt, pepper and mix in the pesto.
- Place pasta on plates and top off with the fresh (cold) tomatoes. Add some pepper and grate the parmazan on top.
