Ingredients
- 4 small 6 inch ciabatta breads or 1 large ciabatta loaf
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50g parsley
- 100g mature cheddar cheese
- 200ml rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180C/gas 6
- STEP 2Finely chop the parsley into a bowl, add crushed or grated garlic, finely grated cheese and rapeseed oil. season with salt and pepper
- STEP 3Take your ciabatta breads and slice diagonally but not all the way through. (garlic bread style) Add mixture equally to the gaps in the bread.
- STEP 4Wrap each bread in tin foil and bake in the oven for 15 mins
