For the sauce

  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Method

  1. Cook the noodles, broccoli and corn in boiling water for 3-4 mins, or until tender. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and fry the pepper for 3 mins, until starting to soften.

  2. Tip in the noodles and vegetables along with the prawns and toss together. Add the sauce ingredients and heat everything through for 2-3 mins, until piping hot.

I thought it was easy and tasty, although it did need a bit of chilli and ginger to spice it up and be careful that you don't put too much tomato sauce in as this made it a bit sweet.

Made this for supper tonight, very nice! I added a bunch of spring onions to the pan with the red pepper. Enjoyed lovely crunchy, fresh vegetables. Will be making this again.

This was OK - the sauce needed abit of help. I added garlic, ginger and chilli and a splash of soy sauce.

This was delicious and the whole family agreed for once - really easy to make but had a really good flavour. Yummy with prawn crackers!
