Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (being slow cooked so any chicken will do)
  • 125g of sliced chiritzo
  • Tin tomatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 courgette
  • 1tsp mixed herb
  • Pinch of chilli flakes.

Method

    1. Slice veg fairly chunky. Put all ingredients in your slow cooker. No need to cut the chicken it will fall apart when cooked.
    2. After 4 to 8 hours in slow cooker serve with some rice or pasta. Leave lid off if you wish to thicken sauce.

This is not a recipe, more like instructions for a slow cooker, which I don't have, so not much use really.

Really tasty and really easy. I took the skin off the chicken, though, otherwise it would have been quite greasy.
