    1. Grill 6 sausages until cooked through (whilst making sauce)
    2. Pour 200ml of boiling water into a large pan, and add 1/2 chopped onion. Mix and add 2 tsp of Extra virgin olive oil. And 2 tbsp of Soya sauce.
    3. Add full can of chopped tomatoes and Mix well.
    4. Half fill a cup with boiling water and add 2 heaped tbsp of gravy granules and mix using a fork. Then pour into pan of sauce.
    5. Add oregano, chives, pepper, basil and any other herbs to your taste. these are optional however give the sauce a mixed flavour.
    6. Chop the grilled sausages to the size you want (we chopped ours quite small) and add to the sauce. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes whilst preparing the pasta.
    7. Pour about a litre of boiling water into a pan and add pasta. Add salt and pepper and leave to boil at a moderate heat for 10 mins.
    8. Serve straight away.
