Herby sausage pasta

Ingredients
- Sauce
- 200ml water
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 400g can chopped tomatos
- 2 tbsp gravy granules
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp basil
- 6 large grilled sausages
- Pasta
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 300g Pasta
Method
- STEP 1Grill 6 sausages until cooked through (whilst making sauce)
- STEP 2Pour 200ml of boiling water into a large pan, and add 1/2 chopped onion. Mix and add 2 tsp of Extra virgin olive oil. And 2 tbsp of Soya sauce.
- STEP 3Add full can of chopped tomatoes and Mix well.
- STEP 4Half fill a cup with boiling water and add 2 heaped tbsp of gravy granules and mix using a fork. Then pour into pan of sauce.
- STEP 5Add oregano, chives, pepper, basil and any other herbs to your taste. these are optional however give the sauce a mixed flavour.
- STEP 6Chop the grilled sausages to the size you want (we chopped ours quite small) and add to the sauce. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes whilst preparing the pasta.
- STEP 7Pour about a litre of boiling water into a pan and add pasta. Add salt and pepper and leave to boil at a moderate heat for 10 mins.
- STEP 8Serve straight away.
