Lovely with, or without, the ham. Used more oil (rubbed oil into olive bread) and baked at 180 deg for 5-6 mins! Yumbo!! :)

Totally agree with Anirac's comment!!!! And in Spain the hem to be eaten in iberian ham not Serrano, it's something different one from the other. Check this for information about all types of Spanish ham: http://www.jamonarium.com/en/content/27-spanish-ham-pata-negra-bellota-serrano-iberico-iberian This way to rubber the tomato is tipical from Catalonia, and it's done with tosted sliced of bread and you can rubber before the tomato a little of garlic!!!! It's delicious but... with Iberian ham, not Serrano ham!

Made as part of tapas for a dinner party, really simple yet delicious. Quite garlic-y, but not overpoweringly so. Used parma ham, as that's all I could get, but worked fine.

healthy food, here first toast the sliced of bread, after pass garlic in the toasted bread, and grate the tomatoes passing strainer just to take pulp of tomatoe, and not the water. Put on the top the spanish ham. The secret is election a good tomatoe (normally it´s easy to find in summer, is the season, also you can find all year), and spanish ham, possibly "iberian ham", do you can apreciatte foot it´s black no white.
