Refreshing, light and perfect to accompany any dish

  • 6 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh corriander
  • For the dressing
  • 1 1/2 tbs raspberry vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper


    1. Mix the carrot and corriander together.
    2. In a seperate bowl mix the vinegar and white pepper
    3. mix all together and serve straight away.
