Ingredients

  • 400 gram of, preferably, smoked salmon flakes. If not available , take smoked salmon slices.
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 2 tablespoons of the moist of the capers
  • 4 spring onions, chopped with the green parts
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, preferably white
  • pepper,
  • salt( may be not necessary, taste first
  • Food processor

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put the salmon into the foodprocessor and chop untill small, like mince meat, but still with a bite
  • STEP 2
    Put into a bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix . Taste and add some pepper and salt.
  • STEP 3
    Serve with toast or roasted slices of white bread.
