Smoked salmon tartare

A very Dutch salmon recipe. Ideal to serve visitors. Can be made a day before serving.
- 400 gram of, preferably, smoked salmon flakes. If not available , take smoked salmon slices.
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 2 tablespoons of the moist of the capers
- 4 spring onions, chopped with the green parts
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, preferably white
- salt( may be not necessary, taste first
- Food processor
