Print Ingredients Method Ingredients1 1/2 kg apples1/2 kg plums125 ml water325 gms sugar to every 1/2 ltr pulp MethodSlice apples without peeling or coring. Place with plums on the trivet in the pressure cooker. Add water.Bring to full pressure and cook for a minute.Cool and sieve the fruit. Measure the pulp and add sugar in proportion.Boil in open vessel till a set is obtained. Cool.Fill jars and seal.
