We are thrilled to announce that cookbook author, recipe writer and presenter Sophie Wyburd is taking over the Good Food recipe app this May.
As a graduate of Leiths and former head of recipe development at MOB Kitchen, Sophie has become a rising voice in contemporary home cooking and on social media. Her debut cookbook, Tucking In: A Very Comforting Cookbook, quickly became a bestseller with its warm, generous dishes designed for everyday joy. Beyond the page, she hosts popular supper clubs and co-hosts food podcasts A Bit of a Mouthful and I'll Have What She's Having, further establishing her as a relatable and influential figure in today’s food scene.
Sophie brings us seven brand-new dinner recipes made using storecupboard staples and seasonal veg, including a creamy caesar spaghetti with leafy cavolo nero, and a crispy curried rice salad with fresh, zingy dressing. These recipes are exclusive to Good Food app subscribers, so you won’t find them anywhere else!
Plus, Sophie shares her three favourite dishes in a cook-along video filmed in Good Food’s brand-new test kitchen. Watch along now, only in the Good Food recipe app.
Happy cooking!
