Ingredients
- 150ml amaretto
- 50ml pomegranate cordial or 100ml juice
- 2 dashes of angostura bitters
- 120ml lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
- 1 egg white
- ice
- pomegranate seeds, to serve
Method
- STEP 1
Chill four cocktail glasses one hour ahead of time. Tip all the ingredients except the ice and pomegranate seeds into a cocktail shaker and shake for at least a minute. Add some ice and shake for another 10 seconds. Strain into your glasses, spooning some of the foam on top and finish with some pomegranate seeds.
